Your Every Color

Which color of you needs more attention right now?

Choose a color

You Might Recognise Yourself

Women who are carrying more than they let on.

Sarah Sabbah

I've heard every one of these — usually from women who look, from the outside, like they're managing perfectly.

Sarah Sabbah

I don't feel like myself anymore.

I should be grateful, so why am I still unhappy?

Everyone needs something from me.

I don't even know what I want anymore.

I'm exhausted from constantly thinking.

I know something needs to change, but I don't know where to start.

If any of these sound like something you've thought this week, you're in the right place. Nothing here asks you to have it figured out first.

The Color Check-In

Which colors have had space lately?

Sixteen short statements across the eight dimensions of Your Every Color. Around five minutes. Nothing is stored, nothing is sent, and no email is needed to see your result.

Before you begin

There are no right answers.

Answer for how things have actually felt over the last month, not how you'd like them to feel. The point isn't a score — it's noticing which parts of your life have quietly stopped getting your attention.

A reflection exercise, not a clinical assessment, screening tool, or diagnosis.

Sarah Sabbah

Sarah Sabbah is a mental health counselor and support group facilitator who works with women navigating emotional challenges, changing roles, relationships, fertility journeys, and periods of feeling disconnected from themselves.

Through years of conversations with women, Sarah noticed a pattern repeating itself. While managing responsibilities, relationships, expectations, and the things nobody plans for, many women slowly lose connection with parts of who they are.

They still function. They still show up for everyone. But somewhere along the way, the woman underneath all of it becomes harder to find.

That insight became Your Every Color — her framework for helping women see the complete picture of themselves again.

Ways to Work Together

Four ways in, one philosophy.

Different women need different depths of support. Every experience shares the same idea — people open up when they feel safe enough to be human. The discovery call is where you work out which one fits.

Private Counseling

Three depths of the same journey.

Available online or in person, and everything discussed stays between you and Sarah. You don't need to choose now — the discovery call is for working out which depth makes sense for where you are.

Option One

Your First Color

One session

  • Look honestly at what's happening right now
  • Name what's taking most of your energy
  • Identify the color that needs attention most
  • Leave with one intentional next step
  • No obligation to continue afterwards

"I need clarity about what I'm feeling and where to begin."

Option Two

Reconnect Your Colors

Four sessions

  • See your colors — where am I now?
  • Find yourself — who am I beneath my roles?
  • Hear yourself — what am I really feeling?
  • Choose your next color — what do I want now?
  • Something to notice between each session

"I don't feel completely like myself and I want to understand why."

Option Three

Live Your Colors

Eight sessions

  • All eight dimensions, one at a time
  • Self, emotion, relationships and boundaries
  • Desire, choice and what needs to change
  • A personal roadmap for continuing on your own
  • The complete one-to-one experience

"I'm ready to explore myself deeply and make meaningful changes."

The Signature Group Experience

Twelve weeks, and a circle of women doing the same.

Much of what women carry feels isolating until they hear someone else describe it out loud.

The group creates recognition, perspective, and the relief of not being the only one — held in a facilitated space where honesty is safe and nobody is required to share more than they choose to.

What's Included

Twelve facilitated sessions, guided exercises and reflection resources, and a small confidential circle that stays together throughout.

Next Cohort

Dates, group size and details are announced ahead of each intake. Mention it on your discovery call and Sarah will tell you what's coming.

Free & Low-Cost

Coffee with Sarah

Women gather around one honest question. You can come and listen without saying a word.

Introductory Workshop

Your Every Color 101

Ninety minutes to two hours, and your first structured experience of the framework.

Sarah Sabbah in conversation

You don't have to arrive with the words already found.

The Discovery Call

Twenty minutes, free, and no decision required.

Most women aren't sure what they need when they first get in touch. That's what the call is for. You talk, Sarah listens, and together you work out whether any of this is right for you — including if the answer is not yet.

What Happens

01

You share as much or as little as you want about what brought you here. There's nothing to prepare and no form to fill in first.

02

Sarah asks a few questions to understand what you're carrying and what kind of support would actually help.

03

She explains the options honestly — one-to-one, the group, a workshop, or something outside her practice entirely if that would serve you better.

04

You decide in your own time. Nobody follows up with pressure, and there's no cost for the conversation.
